To achieve our mission we have designed a multi dimensional strategy. The operations are divided into three divisions:

 

First, there is the Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), which will build the capacity of youth across socio-economic backgrounds so that they can be future entrepreneurs.

 

Second division is Micro Enterprise Development and Management (MEDM), which collaborates with grassroot level organizations in setting up sustainable enterprises. It also acts as the training ground for enhancing the skills of the potential entrepreneurs.

 

Third, being Research and Facilitation Cell (RFC), this provides value added services to existing SMEs and other promoting organizations.
